<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinball game machine minimizing game balls falling from a guide passage for guiding the game balls to a winning pocket, and preventing the game balls from being caught. <P>SOLUTION: The pinball game machine includes an opening/closing prize winning unit 16 on a game board 11, and the opening/closing prize winning unit 16 includes: a body 103 having the winning pocket 100 in the front surface; the guide passage 101 fixedly projecting forward from the body 103 and guiding the game balls to the winning pocket 100; and an opening/closing member 102 disposed at least on one side in a horizontal direction of the guide passage 101 in a manner to be freely moved forward and backward relative to the body 103, between an opening state in which the opening/closing member projects forward from the body 103 and guides the game balls toward the guide passage 101, and a closing state in which the opening/closing member is retracted backward from the opening state.
