<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating cooker which substantially inhibit or eliminate a beat noise due to not only a direct flux interference but also an indirect flux interference even when a plurality of heating coils are driven by high frequency currents having different frequencies from one another. <P>SOLUTION: An induction heating cooker comprises first and second heating coils, first and second drive circuit boards respectively mounted with first and second drive circuits supplying high frequency currents to the first and second heating coils, and a power source circuit board 30 provided between and in parallel with the first and second drive circuit boards and vertical to the first and second heating coils.
