<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna attachment mechanism which easily attaches an antenna to a meter. <P>SOLUTION: An antenna attachment mechanism comprises a housing 1 which is attachable to a meter 100, and the housing is composed of an upper surface 3, an opening end part 210, and a side surface 4. At least one side surface recessed part 15 is formed on the side wall 4 of the housing 1 for attaching the antenna to the housing.
