<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which continuously transfers or ejects a liquid without using electric energy but based on a principal of a siphon, without requiring lifting or tilting a large liquid container such as a plastic tank in a poor environment such as a disaster-stricken area, and which easily stars, stops and restarts the transfer or ejection of the liquid. <P>SOLUTION: A liquid can be stably and continuously transferred or ejected based on a principle of a siphon by allowing a liquid overflowing a small liquid container 6 with an open top at a destination of transfer. Transfer of the liquid by the principal of a siphon can be started and stopped by hand-operation of a pressure tank or a food-operation of a bellows container. Further, transfer of the liquid is stopped or restarted by vertically moving an outlet of a discharge pipe 2, and thereby water can be easily supplied like a faucet of city water in a poor environment such as a disaster-stricken area. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
