<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve many problems associated with structures and materials of a sunlight cogeneration panel which acquires heat as well as electric power so as to embody the sunlight cogeneration panel which is promising as a product since it is difficult to attain practical effect as compared with commercial electric power because solar cells currently have an efficiency of approximately 13% of conversion from sunlight energy to electric power, a device needs to have a large light reception area, and an output electric power price thereby increases. <P>SOLUTION: Structures, materials, and producing methods for joining together a power generation cell assembly in a flat plate shape, a module substrate on which the power generation cell assembly is mounted, and a cooling medium conduit are found, and then combined to show that a high-reliability low-priced module can be manufactured as a product and to clarify a basic technique for putting the sunlight cogeneration module to practical use. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
