<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching transistor control circuit that can quickly turn on a switching transistor after an enable signal goes high, and can prevent inrush current. <P>SOLUTION: A transistor M2 turns off by an enable signal. A transistor M8 turns off, a voltage of a node C<SB POS="POST">T</SB>becomes equal to the ground, an inverter output ACT goes high, and a transistor M9 turns on. A transistor M5 turns off by an inverted signal of the enable signal, a gate voltage of transistors M3, M4, and M6 goes equal to a voltage of V<SB POS="POST">BIAS</SB>which is determined by M4 and I<SB POS="POST">BIAS</SB>to turn on transistors M3, M4, and M6, and I<SB POS="POST">GD</SB>(large current) flows according to capability of the transistors M3 and M6 connected in parallel. Electric charge is rapidly accumulated on the gate capacitance with the current I<SB POS="POST">GD</SB>(large current), so transistors M1 and M7 rapidly turn on and current I<SB POS="POST">OUT</SB>and I<SB POS="POST">DET</SB>flow. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
