PURPOSE: An electrode printing device and an electrode printing method are provided to reduce the costs to prevent the unnecessary ink consumption. CONSTITUTION: An electrode printing device comprises a printing table(100) and a screen print board(200). The printing table is a flat pattern. The printing table loads the generation of a heat glass(10). The screen print board is separated in the printing table upper side. Multiple screen print board are divided into several and formed to both end part.
