PURPOSE: A reflective sheet and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase productivity by dividing a base sheet into an upper part and the lower part. CONSTITUTION: A reflective sheet(150) comprises a reflective layer(152), a surface layer(154), and a reinforcement layer(140). The reflective layer comprises micro pores and a divided surface. The surface layer is arranged on the reflective layer facing the divided surface and not includes the micro pores. The reinforcement layer is laminated directly facing the reflective layer.
