<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means to recognize the state of the always changing urination function in individual cases in real time and analyze a pathologic condition at a central nerve level in real time by measuring activity of the nerve system governing function adjustment of the lower urinary tract at a higher rank by a non-invasive, non-restraint, and simple technique in diagnosis and pathologic condition analysis of dysuria. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a method of using a near infrared analysis apparatus for measuring a hemoglobin concentration parameter in blood in the brain surface layer of a subject. A measured hemoglobin concentration parameter is used for determining whether or not the subject is a patient of the dysuria or a person with high risk thereof. The hemoglobin concentration parameter. for instance, includes an oxygenated hemoglobin concentration change, a deoxygenated hemoglobin concentration change, and a total hemoglobin concentration change. Determination that the subject is the patient of the dysuria or the person with high risk thereof is made by the increase/decrease pattern of hemoglobin concentration parameter etc. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
