<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processor array configuration in which algorithm can be efficiently mounted without increasing a circuit scale. <P>SOLUTION: Efficient mounting is achieved by providing multiple paths in a predetermined direction as one of paths between input/output means of a processor array in accordance with a data processing flow.
