<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection device as a plug gauge for detecting the diameter and shape error of a machine component by overcoming the well-known defect of the gauge. <P>SOLUTION: This inspection device comprises: two or more fillers 36; and a position transducer 37 for generating an electric signal showing mutual movement following the direction of measurement of the filler 36. An adaptation system is coupled with at least one filler 36 among the above mentioned fillers 36 so that at least one filler 36 can substantially move to the direction of adaptation which is vertical to the direction of measurement. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
