<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nucleic acid related substance measurement system capable of measuring an amount of a nucleic acid related substance which is used as a freshness index of marine products at each site of a producer, a market, a broker, and a retail store of fishery distribution. <P>SOLUTION: The nucleic acid related substance measurement system consists of a purification vessel and a sensor 6. The purification vessel has: an external cylinder; a division plate; a pusher; and an arrangement part of fish meat. The sensor 6 has: a base plate; an action electrode, a reference electrode, and a counter electrode supported on one surface of the base plate; and a cover plate which forms an inspection chamber for holding a biological fluid of fish with the base plate. On the action electrode, an enzymatic reagent which reacts to the nucleic acid related substance contained in the biological fluid of the fish is applied. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
