PURPOSE: A touch panel is provided to exclude a dummy area which is necessary for a wiring electrode in the right and left of the available area from the substrate by forming a wiring electrode in the available area of the substrate. CONSTITUTION: A substrate is defined to an available area and a dummy area(300). A first electrode(10) is formed to a first direction in the available area. A second electrode(20) is formed to a second direction which is crossed with the first direction in the available area. A first wiring(110) is connected with the first electrode and is formed in the dummy area. A second wiring(210) is connected with the second electrode. The available area and the dummy area are formed. The second wiring includes an electrode connection unit connected with the second electrode.
