<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To convert an image photographed by a user into a row of the entire peripheral images of a commodity. <P>SOLUTION: In an image processing device 161, an angle acceptance unit 802 accepts an angle around a rotation axis passing through a commodity. An interpolation unit 803 interpolates a row of the entire peripheral images of the commodity on the basis of the accepted angle and obtains an interpolated image indicating a state of the commodity viewed from the accepted angle.
