PURPOSE: An exclusive parking system for a disabled person is provided to be installed in a parking area for the disabled person, thereby simplifying a parking process for the disabled person through a simple authentication procedure. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle blocking apparatus(10) is installed on the bottom surface of a disabled person parking area. The vehicle blocking apparatus receives a user authentication value. The vehicle blocking apparatus blocks the disabled person parking area in order to control vehicle access to the parking area. An information input member(20) recognizes user fingerprint information. The information input member outputs the user authentication value. A transceiver relay(40) transmit an operation information value of the vehicle blocking apparatus. A management server(30) stores the operation information value. |
