PURPOSE: A torch-angle adjusting device for pipe track welding carriage is provided to prevent the welding defect in a section where the welding pose of torch changes. CONSTITUTION: A torch-angle adjusting device for pipe track welding carriage comprises a body(129), a torch clamp, a torch cap, and an angle adjusting unit. The body comprises a fastener fastened to the welding carriage. The torch clamp and the torch cap fix torch. The angle adjusting unit is held in the body and rotates the torch clamp(140) by the driving of a motor to adjust the angle of the torch. The angle adjusting unit comprises a driving shaft, an idle gear(134), a driven gear(135), and a torch rotating shaft(136).
