PURPOSE: A load distribution system in an information collecting environment and a method thereof are provided to prevent generation of overload which concentrates data traffic according to supply of sensing data from an information collecting terminal. CONSTITUTION: At least one information gathering terminal transmits sensing data according to transmission period. A platform server(300) determines there is an overload point which receiving overload of sensing data generates. The platform server supplies transmission control information in order to control a transmission period for transmitting the sensing data to an information collecting unit. |
