Manual rotary control switch for operating motor vehicle components

The actuator has a rotary shaft (16) connected to the rotatable rotary switch for manually turning on the light. The rotary switch is provided in printed circuit board in a state facing the front side of board. A potentiometer (28) is provided at front side of circuit board, for measuring the rotational position of the rotary shaft. Another potentiometer (30) is attached to the back portion of circuit board, for measuring the rotational position of rotary shaft.
