<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kitchen exhaust facility reducing a construction load to a building and cost required for the construction and carrying out exhaust using no exhaust fan and no concentration duct while separating and removing oil dust from exhaust. <P>SOLUTION: Smoke collected into a smoke collecting space 2a of an exhaust hood 2 is sucked into an oil dust eliminating portion of an exhaust treating apparatus 7 together with an air current flowing toward the exhaust treating apparatus 7 stored in a storage space 5 of a casing 3 juxtaposed above the exhaust hood 2. The oil dust eliminating portion separates and eliminates oil dust contained in smoke, that is, oil and dust, by allowing air containing smoke to pass therethrough. Air from which oil dust is eliminated is exhausted from a blower 7b of the exhaust treating apparatus 7 and exhausted to the outdoors via an exhaust duct 13 from an exhaust port 11 through an exhaust chamber 9. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
