摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a level shifter circuit and a display driver circuit which exhibit high response speed to an input signal without increasing the circuit area. <P>SOLUTION: A level shifter circuit 1 includes a first voltage conversion circuit 11, and a second voltage conversion circuit 12. An input signal IN having an amplitude between a power supply potential GND and a power supply potential VDDL is input to the first voltage conversion circuit 11, and a power supply potential VDDH higher than the power supply potential VDDL is supplied thereto. A current limit circuit 34 which limits a current supplied from a power supply line 41 of the power supply potential VDDH is also provided, and outputs a voltage signal having an amplitude larger than that of the input signal IN in response to the input signal IN. The second voltage conversion circuit 12 is supplied with the power supply potential VDDH, and outputs an output signal having an amplitude between the power supply potential GND and the power supply potential VDDH in response to a voltage signal output from the first voltage conversion circuit 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
