MANUFACTURING METHOD OF DUST CORE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF POWDER FOR CORE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a dust core that uses powder for a core excelling in coatability of magnetic powder composed of a resin, a filling property, and green compact formability.

SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the dust core comprises: a powder preparation step of acquiring the powder for the core by mixing resin powder composed of magnetic powder and a thermosetting resin in a warm state; a power filling step of filling a mold with the powder for the core; a pressure forming step of pressuring and forming the powder for the core; and a green compact heating step of heating the green compact after the forming step in the high temperature state in which the thermosetting resin is cured.
