<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skew adjusting circuit that can supply skew fitted to the operation state of LSI, etc. to plural signals. <P>SOLUTION: A skew adjusting circuit is provided in an integrated circuit device and contains plural signal lines though which plural signals are transmitted, plural buffer circuits to which the plural signals transmitted through the plural signal lines are input, plural delay circuits provided at the respective front stages of the plural buffer circuits, a monitoring circuit for monitoring signal variations of the plural signal lines, and a delay adjusting circuit for determining delay amounts of the plural delay circuits on the basis of the monitor result output of the monitoring circuit and setting the delay amounts to the plural delay circuits. The monitoring circuit detects as the monitor result the number of signal variations corresponding to the number of signal lines on which signal variation occurs within a monitor period, and the delay adjusting circuit determines the delay amounts on the basis of the number of signal variations. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
