POLYPHENYLENE ETHER/STYRENE-BASED RESIN COMPOSITION AND ITS MOLDED ARTICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent dark dots and sticking from occurring in kneading or extruding a polyphenylene ether/styrene-based resin composition.

SOLUTION: The polyphenylene ether/styrene-based resin composition comprises, based on 100 pts.wt of resin component containing a polyphenylene ether resin and a styrene-based resin: 0.01-3.9 pts.wt of higher fatty acid amide and/or higher fatty acid bisamide; and 0.01-3.9 pts.wt of higher fatty acid alkali metal salt and/or higher fatty acid alkaline-earth metal salt.
