<p>A windproof and sand-blocking dam with net cage sand barriers constructed by machine and a constructing method thereof is disclosed. A windproof and sand-blocking dam body (2) is stacked by using local materials nearby the foundation (1) of the windproof and sand-blocking dam with excavators and bulldozers. Afterwards, net cage sand barriers (5) with splay or three-pronged shape are arranged on the top of the dam body (2). The combination of the net cage sand barriers (5) and the windproof and sand-blocking dam body (2) forms a net cage sand barriers windproof and sand-blocking dam. The windproof and sand-blocking dam with net cage sand barriers can be constructed rapidly at flat sinking sandstorm mouths between migratory dunes or at both sides of railways or roads in Gobi desert for holding up quicksand of the desert, which can protect the foundations and vehicles from sandstorm and ensure traffic safety on the railway and road in the Gobi desert.</p> |
