The device comprises a feed pipe (2), through which compressed air is fed, and an endless chain (7), which has lifting bodies (11) and a shaft. The feed pipe is placed in lower portion of a container (1). A feed line is provided, which is placed in lower portion of another container. Another endless chain with lifting bodies is brought to ascend the fresh air into the latter container, which is fixed to the shaft.
