<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing system capable of displaying data generated by an information processor on an image display device with improved usability, and to provide the information processor, the image display device and its program. <P>SOLUTION: When an operation on an operation unit 4 instructs transfer, a document image generation unit 22 generates, for each page, document image data in which document content is made into an image from document data stored in a data information storage area. An index image generation unit 23 combines the file name of the document data and icon image data corresponding to application software with which the document is originally created in order to generate index image data. A management file generation unit 24 generates a management file of the document data. Then, each of the units 22, 23 and 24 outputs the generated data to a folder generation unit 26.
