<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform communication control processing between networks. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a communication control system for controlling communication between multiple networks. The communication control system includes a communication controller and an access reception device. The communication controller includes: means for storing one or multiple kinds of policy information with the contents of a communication control described therein; and means for registering policy information to be notified from the access reception device.
