<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens barrel capable of eliminating an actuator to exclusively drive a prism by reducing a drive load of the prism. <P>SOLUTION: Imaging apparatus comprises: a SW motor 51 capable of moving a cam cylinder 61 between an imaging position and a collapsed position along an optical axis direction A; a prism holding member 6 configured to move a prism 5 between an intermediary position different from the imaging position and a retreat position along an optical axis direction B; and a prism drive section 80 to transfer a driving force of the SW motor 51 to the prism holding member 6 through a prism retreat side drive gear 87 and a prism image side drive gear 88. The prism driving drive section 80 moves the prism holding member 6 by transferring the drive force of the SW motor 51 through both of the prism retreat side drive gear 87 and the prism image side drive gear 88 or either of the two in accordance with a position of the prism 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
