<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure using an aluminum alloy extruded material which hardly has a change in dimensions or in shape before and after joining and, in which the members to be joined are joined without using a joining member such as a brazing filler metal and a filler metal, and a method for joining the same. <P>SOLUTION: In the structure, using an aluminum alloy extruded material as either member to be joined and an extruded material, a forged material or a rolled material made of an aluminum alloy, pure aluminum or a metal other than aluminum as the other member to be joined, either member to be joined and the other member to be joined are joined without using a joining member, the aluminum alloy extruded material being either member to be joined comprises, by mass, 1.5 to 5.0% Si, and the balance Al with inevitable impurities, and the dimensions and shape of the structure before the joining and after the joining are almost the same. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
