<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parasol which is lightweight and easy to put away, of which degree of umbrella width expanded in a gingko nut shape is narrow to cover only a human's face, which can be opened without hesitation in crowd and can cut ultraviolet ray, in which spreading and overlapped fold of umbrella cloth can be easily performed by an umbrella rib comprising metal wires bent to a U shape and change of direction of the umbrella cloth can be performed at a universal joint part provided at the umbrella rod. <P>SOLUTION: Both ends of a metal wire bent to the U shape are fixed to a plate to make an umbrella rib 2, umbrella ribs 2 are perpendicularly attached to inside in a straight state along central lines of a fan-like form cloth umbrella which are independent respectively. Spreading and overlapped folding of the umbrella cloth 1 can be quickly performed by moving of the umbrella rib 2 to the horizontal direction, the direction of the handle 5 can be freely changed by the universal joint part prepared in the umbrella handle 5, and the piled-up umbrella cloth part can be kept small by making it parallel to the handle 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
