3RDPARTY ASSISTED SESSION MANAGEMENT

A system of enabling the 3rd party assisted session management when a user does not clear about how to perform a complicated operation or need real-time help from a 3rd party in a data communication network comprising of a help-seeking request generation capable terminal device that can choose a 3rdparty for helping and generate help-seeking request during a session, a help-seeker side server device that can manage the UE under the help by other UE, a helper side server device that can manage the UE that is helping others, and a help-capable terminal device that can process help seeker session information and request on behalf of the help seeker. These apparatus are connected to each other through IMS platform, regardless of their subscriptions. A method of 3rd party assist session management without join the session comprises the steps of pre-configuring the 3rd party; sending a help-seeking message; receiving acknowledgement from 3rd party; regularly updating session information; requesting actions by 3rdparty on behalf of the help seeker; server re-packetizing helping requests from helper; and performing actions on help seeker UE.
