发明名称 METHOD FOR THE PREPARATION OF BIOACTIVE VITREOUS CRYSTAL MATERIAL
摘要 The glass-crystalline material is used in granulates or porous implants in dentistry, the oral and orthopedic surgery. It is highly homogeneous and is relatively porous - the pore size being between 150 to 300 and its basic crystalline phases are Ca(PO3)2 and Ca2P2O7, ensuring higher initial stage of resorption after implantation. The material is derived following the zol-gel method, where to aluminum zol-soluble salts of zinc and calcium, preferably nitrates and acetates, are added. In the end is added phosphorus in the shape of soluble ammonium phosphates. The gel is dried and thermically treated at temperature between 350 to 375 degrees C for 12 hours and is then crystallized at temperature between 600 and 700 degrees C for 12 to 15 hours until reaching the glass-crystalline material.
