A retro-fit assembly for fitting to a contact cleaning hand roller comprises an adhesive roller 128, a shaft (160, fig 6) around which the adhesive roller is capable of rotating, two arms 120, 122 capable of being retro-fitted to an existing contact cleaning hand roller 100 and wherein when the retro-fitted assembly is fitted to the contact cleaning hand roller, the adhesive roller 128 is capable of removing contaminants and/or debris from a cleaning roller 124 used in contact cleaning a substrate. The cleaning roller 124 and the adhesive roller 128 may be urged against one another and the two arms 120, 122 can be spring mounted. The two arms 120, 122 may be snap-fitted on to the existing contact cleaning hand roller arms 114, 116. |
