PURPOSE: A processed product of abalone intestines, and a producing method thereof are provided to use the granulated abalone intestines as a main component. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a processed product of abalone intestines comprises the following steps: separating the abalone intestines from fresh abalone(100); mixing 100 parts of abalone intestines by weight with 50-500 parts of water or seaweed extract by weight(110); firstly grinding the abalone intestine mixture(120); aging the ground abalone intestine mixture after freezing(130); and secondly grinding the aged abalone intestine mixture to obtain abalone intestine soup(140).
