摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a structure where a pair of sensors 6a and 6b are embedded and supported in a holder 29, and which reduces an influence of thermal expansion and thermal contraction of the holder 29 to measurement accuracy of a physical quantity obtained by output signals of both the sensors 6a and 6b. <P>SOLUTION: An S pole and N pole exist on the outer circumference surface of an encoder 4b being a detection object surface. Respective angles of the S pole and N pole borders inclined in the central axis direction of the encoder 4b are made equal at one half and another half of the detection object surface. With respect to the axial direction of the encoder 4b, an attaching face of a holder 29 to a knuckle 23 and center of both the sensors 6a and 6b in the axial direction are made the same position in a neutral state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
