PURPOSE: An agricultural air conditioner having a heat recovery type ventilation system is provided to maintain proper indoor temperature of agricultural facilities without heat loss using a heat pump and save electrical energy by reducing power consumption of a blower. CONSTITUTION: An agricultural air conditioner having a heat recovery type ventilation system comprises a case, a pair of total heat exchangers(2), a heat pump, first and second heat exchangers(4,5), a blower(6), and a controlling unit. The total heat exchangers heat exchange outdoor air inhaled from first and second intake parts(11,12) with indoor air exhausted from first and second ventilation openings(13,14). The heat pump comprises a compressor, a four-way valve, and an expansion valve. The first heat exchanger heat exchanges refrigerant circulating from the heat pump with outdoor air. The second heat exchanger heat exchanges refrigerant circulating from the heat pump with indoor air. The blower blows the heat exchanged air by the first or second heat exchangers to indoor or outdoor.
