PURPOSE: A data communication mediation apparatus is provided to easily perform communication between different electronic devices with low costs by performing digital communication using an ear-microphone port included in the electronic device. CONSTITUTION: A sensor part(120) collects information detected through a sensor using a controller(110). An ear-microphone connection part(230) is accessed corresponding to an audio signal input/output terminal of an ear-microphone port. An external apparatus connection part(240) outputs data inputted from a smart phone to a measurement apparatus(100). A signal outputted from a signal conversion part(210) is inputted to an audio codec of the smart phone through a microphone terminal. A serial-parallel converter(220) outputs sensor data of a digital format to the signal conversion part by converting the sensor data in series.
