A technique for pancreatojejunostomy comprises the cutting the pancreas and its duct and connecting it with the longitudinally dissected intestinal loop. Allograft cut of polypropylene mesh is fixed to the posterior wall of the pancreatic duct. The edges of the allograft, the pancreatic tissue and the edges of longitudinally dissected intestine are then connected. |
