Examples of compounds of formula (I) are: 3-HOOC-BzIs-d-Ppg-Phe(3-Ame)-4-guanidinobenzylamide x 2 acetate and BzIs-d-Gly(3-Cl-Phpr)-Phe(3-Ame)-4-Amba x 2 TFA. Where Phe is phenylalanine and Gly is glycine. Also disclosed is a process for preparing a compound of formula (I), a medicament or composition comprising a compound of formula (I), and the use of a compound of formula (I) in the manufacture of a medicament.
