The train has a differential drive (3) i.e. planetary gear (8), with input elements (4, 5) and an output element (6) comprising a positioning device (1) for phase displacement of a cam shaft (2). A locking device (24) is fixed between the input elements for positive connection of a driving wheel (14) with the cam shaft in a fail-safe position. The locking device has a locking element (26) guided in one of the input elements. The locking element is provided with a ratchet tooth (29) that is projected axially above external periphery of brake rotor (22) and engaged with recesses.
