PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flash memory device and a method for reading a flash memory.

SOLUTION: A flash memory and a method for reading a flash memory are provided. The method for reading a flash memory comprises a step of determining a reading voltage set of a memory cell corresponding to a first word line based on at least one of flag cell data in the first word line and flag cell data in a second word line adjacent to the first word line, and a step of reading the memory cell corresponding to the first word line by the determined reading voltage set.
