摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger capable of recovering heat for a long period of time from a corrosive high-temperature gas to heat a low-temperature gas to a high temperature range while preventing peeling or falling of a refractory material due to a difference in thermal expansion. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of heat transfer pipes 14 is disposed via a heat insulating material 17 on the inner face of an outer cylinder casing 13 that forms a high-temperature gas flow passage 12. The refractory material 15 surrounding the high-temperature gas flow passage is disposed in an inner circumference portion of the heat transfer pipes 14. Each of clearances 18 to allow thermal expansion of each of the heat transfer pipes 14 is formed around each of the heat transfer pipes 14 and between the refractory material 15 and the heat insulating material 17.
