<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dry mica tape capable of improving heat resistance of an insulation material consisting of the dry mica tape and an impregnation varnish, enhancing electric insulation of an electrical insulation coil and a stator coil at a high temperature, and miniaturizing a rotary electric machine. <P>SOLUTION: The dry mica tape comprises: a reinforcement substrate; a binder resin layer A which is formed on the reinforcement substrate and contains an epoxy resin and a hardening accelerator; a mica paper layer formed in contact with the binder resin layer A; and a binder resin layer B which is formed in contact with the mica paper layer, contains an epoxy resin, and reacts with the impregnation varnish containing the epoxy resin impregnated to the dry mica tape wound around a conductor to provide a cured product having a higher glass transition point than that of the cured product of only the impregnation varnish. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
