<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analytical curve generator or the like which is capable of automatically estimating a parameter indicating an analytical curve, and can be achieved even by a board computer or the like in a flow controller for instance. <P>SOLUTION: An automatic analytical curve generator 5 for generating an analytical curve by estimating a parameter p in a logistic equation y=f(x,p) including a concentration x and the parameter p includes: a measured value reception part 21 for receiving the combination of a plurality of known concentrations and measured values from a measurement device 3; and parameter estimation means for calculating the estimated values of a new parameter p<SB POS="POST">j</SB>and an offset value X_Offset for reducing a difference between the measured value y<SB POS="POST">j</SB>and f(x<SB POS="POST">j</SB>-X_Offset,p<SB POS="POST">i</SB>) for the initial values of the parameter p and the offset value X_Offset.
