The present invention relates to a palatal absolute anchorage for straightening teeth in a lingual traction procedure. The palatal absolute anchorage for straightening teeth according to the present invention includes: an anchor body through which a screw hole passes so as to be fixed to a palate using a screw and a hook disposed on the anchor body and connected to a traction member. The hook includes a plurality of traction member connection portions to variously set a point and direction of application of a traction force. According to the present invention, the traction member connection portions may be varied in position, and a connection operation of the traction member may be easily performed in a narrow space within an oral cavity. According to need, since the point and direction of application of the traction force can be adjusted, accuracy of the orthodontics and convenience of a procedure can be improved. In addition, the burden on patients may be reduced.
