A adapter card for converting a PCI (peripheral component interconnect) express X1 to a CPCI (compact PCI) express X1 comprises an impedance control circuit board (101), a PCI Express interface (102), a CPCI Express signal socket (103), a double-row-hole socket (107), a converting circuit board (105), a connection block (109), a curved needle double-row plug (108), a CPCI Express power supply socket (104), and a baffle (106). The adapter card can be used to convert a PCI Express X1 slot in a computer to a CPCI Express X1 slot conforming to the PICMG (PCI Industrial Computer Manufacturers Group) EXP.0 R1.0 standard. The adapter card can not affect the quality and efficacy of signals in the PCI Express X1 and CPCI Express X1 slots, and can extend the application of the prior PCI Express X1 slot to be compatible with a CPCI Express X1 interface card (an extension card). The adapter card can further decrease the developing difficulty and cost of the CPCI Express X1 interface card, and is simple in structure and convenient to use.
