In some embodiments, an electrical device can include: (a) an electrical power input configured to receive an input electrical power signal, the input electrical power signal includes a reference power line signal; (b) a power supply configured to output at least two output electrical power signals, the at least two output electrical power signals are referenced to the reference power line signal. The power supply can be devoid of a transformer. The power supply can be further devoid of a switch. The power supply can be configured to derive the at least two output electrical power signals from the input electrical power signal by using capacitive reactance to limit a current of the input electrical power signal.
