摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a porous sintered material which can easily be manufactured and changes extremely little in volumetric shape with the sintering and has good permeability and electric-conductivity and also, superior mechanical strength in spite of being light in weight and further can be used to many targets. <P>SOLUTION: The porous sintered material 1 is uniformly mixed with a precise-dispersion mixer to wood powder 2, graphite powder 3, mineral grains 4 and aluminum fine grains 5 to make sintering raw material 8 (S1, S2) and further, uniformly mixed with the precise-dispersion mixer by adding binder 6 into the sintering raw material 8 to make a binder-mixed material 9 (S3). and thereafter, the binder-mixed material 9 is press-formed at the room-temperature to make a press-formed material 10 (S4), and the press-formed material 10 is sintered at 900-1,100&deg;C under oxidizing atmosphere (S5).
