<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic flowmeter appropriately having a co-axial connector seat to and from which a co-axial connector can be attached and detached, in which a coaxial cable is made available, and a noise is hardly superimposed on the output signal of an ultrasonic transducer or the like. <P>SOLUTION: An ultrasonic flowmeter 21 includes: a flowmeter body 1 having ultrasonic transmission wall parts 3, 4 and a storage part 1R configuring a storage recess 1S with the ultrasonic transmission wall parts as the bottom; ultrasonic transducers 5, 6 arranged in the storage recess 1S; an acoustic alignment board 7 to which the ultrasonic transducers are fixed, and which is adhered to the ultrasonic transmission wall parts 3, 4; a shield cylinder 8; and a shield cover 9 closing the storage recess 1S. The shield cylinder 8 includes a notch 8C, and coaxial receptacles 13, 14 are fixed to a connector insertion hole 1H of the storage part 1R, and central conductors 13C, 14C are projected in the shield cylinder 8, and isolated from the shield cylinder 8. Ground electrode layers 5G, 6G are conducted to ground conductors 13G, 14G of the coaxial receptacles 13, 14, and signal electrode layers 5D, 6D are conducted through signal lead wires 5L, 6L to the central conductors 13C, 14C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
