PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for analyzing functions of a G protein-conjugated receptor whose entities have not been clarified.

SOLUTION: A modified product of a G protein-conjugated receptor having modified ligand affinities is provided by binding a G protein-conjugated receptor to a polypeptide comprising a specific amino acid sequence. A transformant in which the modified product of a G protein-conjugated receptor has been expressed is used for screening an agonist for or an antagonist against the modified product of the G protein-conjugated receptor.
